I would suggest Sara have someone check her service for leaks. Both sewage
and water bills were less than usual for us.
Thanks Robert for the explanation in the new billing!

For anyone interested in the sewer bills recently received from New Albany
Municipal Utilities read below.

The billing for waste water had previously been handled by Indiana American
Water. This was done as a service for New Albany City. INAWC had gotten
behind in their billings, to the point that the sewer bills were 6-8 weeks
behind. The city got fed up with the late billings and dismissed INAWC from
their duties. They are now in the process of catching everyone up. I do
not know why your bill was higher than usual, mine was not.

We received a bill that we have never received before from New Albany
Municipal Utilities for 63.00 and it said we will receive multiple bills.
Maybe you could tell us what it is for. I also was wondering about the
Indiana American Water bill did everyones more than double?
Silver Creek Water also went up. Thanks Sara Dorland
