[Honews] change to officer email ids

Because of the amount of spam being received on the officer's email ids, I
have changed the ids that are being used. For future communications, please
use the following email ids:

president@ is now pres@

vice-president@ is now vp@

secretary@ is now sec@

treasurer@ is now treas@

(all of the ids use the domain suffix highlandoaks.org). 

The new ids are shown on the website, but they are no longer 'clickable'
links. If you have any of these ids stored in your email address book be
sure you update them - the old ids have been disabled. Again, this change
was made in an effort to reduce the amount of spam being sent to the ids.
