[Honews] HOA Meeting this Thursday 7PM at the REMC

Just a reminder that our next HOA meeting is on Thursday at 7PM in  
the REMC Community Room.

We need at least 78 homeowners present or represented by proxy to  
conduct long overdue business.  We will be attempting to go door-to- 
door today through Wednesday in the hopes of obtaining quorum via   
proxy forms.  IF you are NOT reached in person or telephone by a  
member of the HOA Board, please call one of us so a proxy form can be  
delivered to you.    We want every homeowner's opinions to count.

The 3 major issues on the ballot are:
	* the adoption of revised covenants & restrictions
	* the approval of an increase in dues to $150 for 2008
	* the approval of a $25 special assessment for  the 2007 year to  
balance the budget

We have worked very diligently to uphold the reputation of our  
neighborhood & look forward to seeing you there to help us move on  
(finally) to the next stage.
