<p class=MsoNormal>Per the outcome of tonight’s Homeowners Association
meeting the website has been updated with the newly approved covenants. There
were some very minor changes in wording made to item 18:(v) that will be online
soon. In addition, extra PayPal buttons have been added to facilitate online
payment of dues and the approved special assessment.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Since the dues could not be raised retroactively for 2008, the
official dues for 2008 are still $100. To compensate, a special one-time assessment
of $75 was approved. For 2009 and beyond the dues will be $150.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>IF… you already paid the requested $25 special
assessment in 2007 AND you paid the intended 2008 dues of $150 then you owe
nothing additional.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>IF… you only paid dues of $100 for 2008 and did NOT
pay the $25 special assessment in 2007, you will need to pay the special
assessment of $75.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>In a nutshell, the TOTAL amount owed per homeowner address COMBINED
for 2007 and 2008 is $275.<o:p></o:p></p>
