Per the outcome of tonight's Homeowners Association meeting the website has
been updated with the newly approved covenants. There were some very minor
changes in wording made to item 18:(v) that will be online soon. In
addition, extra PayPal buttons have been added to facilitate online payment
of dues and the approved special assessment.

 

Since the dues could not be raised retroactively for 2008, the official dues
for 2008 are still $100. To compensate, a special one-time assessment of $75
was approved. For 2009 and beyond the dues will be $150.

 

IF. you already paid the requested $25 special assessment in 2007 AND you
paid the intended 2008 dues of $150 then you owe nothing additional.

 

IF. you only paid dues of $100 for 2008 and did NOT pay the $25 special
assessment in 2007, you will need to pay the special assessment of $75.

 

In a nutshell, the TOTAL amount owed per homeowner address COMBINED for 2007
and 2008 is $275.
